Beth Ann Alitt
Beth Ann Alitt has been in the insurance industry since 1985 and has been licensed since 1986. Beth loves meeting new people, making great connections and taking care of all of her clients’ diverse needs. She is also passionate about her local community and especially the military presence in San Diego. Since 1985, she has been an active military volunteer and supported the troops both locally and deployed via the Navy/Marines Corps Relief Society. Beth also serves as a volunteer financial services caseworker for this organization by assisting service members with better managing their finances by counseling them on subjects such as debt reduction, retirement planning and savings strategies.
Adopt A US Soldier is a non-profit organization that connects deployed service members to supporters and volunteers back home to send words of encouragement, gratitude and care packages to show them that their sacrifices do not go unnoticed. In 2009, Beth served on the Board of Directors of this organization. Alitt Insurance also has adopted two platoons to personally take care of while underway. More recently, Beth has grown to love Jack Russell Terriers and frequently fosters, adopts, volunteers and donates Jack Russells and organizations devoted to them. Beth currently resides in Escondido with her Jack Russell and two Rhodesian Ridgebacks.

Insurance is a family business.
Having been raised by a top-performing insurance agent, insurance was in Andrew’s blood. He started working for the agency in 2010, shortly after graduating from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Business Administration Information Systems. Since joining the family business and becoming a licensed agent, Andrew has helped to grow the business by leaps and bounds. Together, the team has consistently been recognized as a top performing agency for various carriers.
Andrew brought the agency into the 21st century by utilizing new technologies such as cloud based filing systems, a client management system, carrier rating software, electronic payment systems, email newsletter services, renovating the agency website. There is still much more to do and Andrew’s next plans are to update the agency website, integrate the various services it uses, and grow the agency’s online and social media presence.
Andrew is recently married and a devoted father of two. Him and his wife raise their family in San Diego and Big Bear. When not taking on a home improvement project, he loves to run, hike, snowboard, cook, work out, read, make candles, soaps, and balms.
